For more than 25 years AMNAU GmbH has supported medium-sized businesses as an IT systems house in Hanover. We have configured networks, administered servers and implemented hundreds of software solutions. And we kept seeing one thing: frustration.
In HR especially, our customers ran into tools that were overloaded, insecure or simply the wrong fit. Time tracking was a struggle, holiday planning was paper chaos and payroll was a monthly ordeal. We spent countless hours finding workarounds and putting out data fires.
In 2025 we decided: we are not waiting for the perfect solution any longer. We are building it ourselves. With everything we have learned in IT security, project management and process improvement, we rethought MetronHR from the ground up. The result is the HR platform we always wanted for our customers: simple, secure, reliable and aimed entirely at German small and medium businesses.
