Where else to find help

These pages are not the only source. The application itself has context help on every screen, plus a guided tour per page. Both are available in German and English.

Four routes to an answer, depending on where you are.

  • These help pages

    Where it is
    Public, no sign-up.
    What it is good for
Reading up in advance on how a process works, and passing the answer on.
  • Context help

    Where it is
In the application, for 42 screens.
    What it is good for
The question that comes up in the middle of the work, at the place of work.
  • Guided tour

    Where it is
In the application, 37 page walkthroughs.
    What it is good for
A first pass through an area you do not know yet.
  • Support access

    Where it is
    From the settings, time-limited.
    What it is good for
The case none of the other three routes solves.

Support access is created only through a token that management generates itself, and it can be revoked at any time by either side. Without that token nobody from support gets into the data.

If the question is not about operating the software but about the law behind it, the answers are in the knowledge section on working time law. What has changed in the product most recently is in the product updates.
