An end to overtime chaos in Excel

The same game every month: collect the overtime, recalculate, correct. MetronHR puts an end to it.

Problem

Nobody knows how much overtime they have

People ask, you search in Excel, and in the end the figure is still wrong.

Problem

Payouts by email and by shouting across the room

"Can you pay out my overtime?", and then the arithmetic starts. Hourly rate, premium, gross amount, all by hand.

Problem

No overview of previous years

What has built up from last year? What has already been paid out? Without a system you lose track quickly.

Solution

Overtime that manages itself

MetronHR calculates overtime automatically from time tracking, shows the current balance in the dashboard and makes a payout or time off in lieu a matter of a few clicks, including approval by the manager.

Frequent questions about overtime

Everything you need to know about overtime management in MetronHR.

Automatically from time tracking: actual working time minus target working time, based on the stored working time model. The system takes full time, part time and flexible models into account.

MetronHR supports four models: payout only, time off in lieu only, a free choice between the two, or a monthly flat overtime allowance (for managers, for example). It is configured individually per employment contract.

You request the payout in the dashboard. The system works out the gross amount automatically (hours x hourly rate x premium, for example 125%). Once the manager approves it, the payout is passed to payroll.

With a flat overtime allowance, a set amount of monthly overtime is covered by the salary (20h a month, for example). The system deducts that allowance automatically and shows only the surplus that can be compensated. Made for managers.

You request time off in lieu as an absence. The system converts it automatically: on full time (40h a week) one day equals 8 hours, on part time pro rata (on 20h a week, one day equals 4h). Once approved, the period is entered in the calendar.

Yes. The dashboard shows a clear breakdown: opening balance (from a previous system, for example), overtime from previous years and the current year. You have the full history since the contract began.
