You can try MetronHR free and without obligation for 14 days, no credit card needed. You get full access to every feature of the Professional plan. When it ends you decide whether to carry on. Nothing renews automatically.

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. Upgrades apply at once, downgrades from the next billing cycle. Billing is prorated, so you pay only for what you use.

Yes, in both directions and on your own. You adjust the number of licences monthly, up and down, without asking anyone and without a minimum term. The lower bound is simply the number of seats currently in use. For a seasonal business that means paying for fewer people in winter and more in summer.

You pay only for active employees. New people can be added at any time and the cost is prorated. Above 100 employees we suggest the Enterprise plan with individual terms.

No setup fees, no charge for updates, no minimum term. You pay the licence per employee, monthly or yearly. Exactly one item can be added, and it stands here instead of in the small print: extra document storage, if the included 5 GB are not enough. The next answer names the packages and their prices.

The subscription includes 5 GB per company, the trial 100 MB. That carries time tracking with everything around it; it only gets tight once the employee records start collecting contracts, references and certificates. If it is not enough, you add: 10 GB / 10 €, 50 GB / 20 € per month, zzgl. USt and cancellable at any time. Before a cancellation MetronHR shows what that means for the documents already stored.

Yes, there is exactly this one price list, and billing is in euros. Country, holiday calendar, region, time zone and display currency are set per business. What works outside Germany and what does not is explained on /oesterreich-schweiz, a page written in German.

Your data is stored exclusively in German data centres (Nuremberg and Falkenstein). Encrypted in transit (TLS), ISO 27001 certified data centre, daily backups.

Yes, absolutely. You can export your data as CSV or Excel at any time. After cancelling you have 30 days to export, after which the data is deleted automatically. No vendor lock-in.
