Templates meant to help, not just to rank
Many providers release templates only after you enter an email address, or promote topics their software does not even cover. We do it differently.
No sign-up
No email required, no newsletter, no account. A direct download.
Free to use
Free to use, copy and adapt within the company. No licence needed.
Formulas already built in
Totals, balances and carry-overs calculate themselves. Not an empty grid to rebuild.
Frequently asked questions about the templates
What you should know before using a template.
Because a template is only useful if you can download it straight away. No email required, no account, no newsletter.
All templates are available as Excel (XLSX) with built-in formulas. We add printable PDF versions where they genuinely help, so do write and tell us which format you need.
No, we have none for those. There are templates for time, absences, personnel files, workflows, allowances and shifts.
Yes. You may change, copy and pass the templates on to colleagues internally. Republishing them commercially as your own product is not allowed.
Year-specific templates (the holiday planner, for example) are updated at the turn of the year. Generic templates are maintained when legal conditions or best practices change.
