Attendance at the terminal, time on the job in the app: then nobody has to reconcile.

Are labour units working time?

No. Labour units are a billing measure towards the customer. For pay, breaks and maximum hours, the time from start to end counts, including waiting for parts or approvals.

How is efficiency calculated?

Billed labour unit hours divided by the hours on the job. At 10 units per hour, 24 units are 2.4 hours; if 2.5 hours were worked for them, efficiency is 96 percent. How many units make an hour is set by the workshop itself.

May apprentices under 18 work in the workshop on Saturdays?

Yes, Saturday work is allowed in car repair workshops, with a day off in the same week (section 16(2) and (3) JArbSchG).
