Yes, you can create as many working time models as you like. You can also use standard models with individual adjustments per person.
What happens when someone moves from full time to part time?
Simply assign the new working time model with a start date. The old model ends automatically and the full history is kept.
Are break violations detected automatically?
Yes, the system checks every day whether the statutory minimum breaks were met and flags any violation. Missing breaks are deducted from working time automatically.
Can I set different hours for each weekday?
Yes, with the daily structure you can set individual hours for every weekday (for example Mon to Thu 8h, Fri 6h, Sat and Sun 0h).
How is overtime calculated for part time?
The working time model defines the target hours. Overtime is calculated correctly by itself: a part time employee on 20h a week has different limits than a full time one on 40h.
Can I plan working time models ahead?
Yes, you can create future assignments that become active automatically on a given date (for example a contract extension in 3 months).
Are the flexible working time models included in every plan?
Yes, you can create and assign working time models in every plan, including the Team plan. That covers flexitime, trust-based working time, part time and alternating weekly patterns.
