How long does setup take?

Usually a few minutes. You create an account, add your team, and they can record hours straight away. There is no complicated configuration and no training.

Which features are in the trial account?

All of them. During the 14 day trial you have access to every feature: time tracking, absences, projects, reports, employee records, workflows and more. No restrictions.

Can I export data?

Yes, every report can be exported as Excel (XLSX) or CSV. The exports carry metadata (who exported, when, which period) and can go straight to payroll or your accountant.

Does MetronHR support legally compliant time recording?

Yes. MetronHR calculates working time under the German working time act (ArbZG), including automatic break rules (30 minutes from 6.5 hours, 45 from 9), the maximum working time check (10 hours a day) and rest period monitoring (11 hours between working days). All data is stored GDPR compliant on German servers.

How many employees is MetronHR made for?

MetronHR is built for teams of 5 to 100 people. Whether you have 10 or 80, the features and calculations scale on their own.

Is there an app?

Yes, MetronHR has native apps for iOS and Android and a desktop app for Mac and Windows. Start the timer, enter hours and request time off, from the phone or straight from the menu bar.

How do I cancel if it does not fit?

Cancellable monthly, with no notice period. During the 14 day trial you do not need to cancel at all: the account simply ends if you do not continue. No hidden costs.

Do I need an IT department to introduce it?

No. MetronHR runs entirely in the browser and as an app. There is no installation, no server configuration and no dependency on IT. All you need is an email address.
