Yes. People offer shifts for a swap or apply for open ones, and every change goes through your approval.
Can the team see the plan on their phones?
Yes, through the free staff app for iOS and Android, including a reminder before a shift starts.
Do I keep paying after the season for casual staff who have left?
No. You adjust the number of licences yourself every month, up and down, with no discussion and no minimum term. The floor is the number of seats currently in use. Anyone booking ten casual staff in December is back to the core team in February.
Do I keep an eye on the marginal-job limit?
Yes. MetronHR shows the hours worked per employee as you go, not only in payroll. How many hours remain up to the 603 euro limit you work out with the calculator “Calculating mini-job hours”.
How do my people record their working time?
By clocking in and out with the app or in the browser. Breaks are taken into account automatically under the Working Hours Act.
