A checklist reminds nobody. A workflow does.
Excel checklists work for the first new employee and are forgotten by the third. MetronHR turns the onboarding plan into a reusable workflow: tasks are assigned automatically, owners are reminded, and the status per employee is documented with editor and timestamp and linked to the personnel file.

Frequently asked questions
Answers on usage and legal aspects.
Specifically included: presenting the health certificate under section 43 IfSG, HACCP hygiene training, allergens and additives, first aid induction, the till system, the food and drinks menu, service standards. The owners are business management, shift management, kitchen management and a buddy.
Yes. The tasks are generic enough for restaurants, cafes, bars and hotel service. Concept specifics (cocktail training or breakfast handling, for example) you add in the editable template; a placeholder „further product training“ is already provided in month 3.
The health certificate (instruction under section 43 IfSG) is a precondition for working with food, and the template deliberately lists it as a task „before day 1“ with HR as owner. Until it is available, the employee may not be deployed in the service or kitchen area.
Workflows automate the recurring duties: a reminder to renew the health certificate (every 24 months), HACCP instruction once a year, the personnel file with the certificate stored, plus shift planning and time tracking in the same tool.
